چکیده
This article is about leadership, particularly how leaders of Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) led the system through a transformation to Care Integration. It explains the importance of the Principles of the Future of HSHS delineated by the sponsors, the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis. It further describes how the leadership team engaged physicians as partners and participants in the change and ensured the information systems needed to support the change were available. Changes in leadership and management are also explained.
